Case XX USA 365 Fixed blade Knife

Just purchased a Case XX USA 365 Fixed blade knife. It has the thin blade which is called Flex blade, was made according to seller 1965 to 1970. It is in ment condition has a Un sharppeded blade. Sheath is about 98% has a little scratch on bottom. Blade is 3/32 thick (flex Blade) Just wondering is this knife a good knife for gutting and skinning a deer Just wondering. If so I,ll sharpen for first time. and use. If not I will keep old knife and sell or trade this one. I personally think this is a more of a Collectors knife.
Does anyone know anything about these knifes . Can you use or do you use with caution.

When I purchased it listed Vintage Case XX USA 365 Fixed Blade Knife . Was made between 1965 and 1970 Has a 5 " Blade over all length was 8 1/4 " Has never been sharpened. Has Mirror finish on blade. wondering is this knife good for deer cleaning or for Collectors
