It's harder to find a Case knife that doesn't have a bone handle.

A certain amount, yes.
But plenty of times I like a certain pattern, and all that seems available for sale at many retailers is bone, which I don't really like.
Stag is nice though. Real stag.

Some have G-10; I bought a Case Seahorse Whittler with G-10 scales, and it is pretty sweet.

Anything Case calls jigged bone....that is actual bone. I carry a Case red jigged bone peanut.

Stag is nicer. Antler, not bone. More expensive.

Stag is nice. Case's Bone Stag is pretty good lloking...it's not stag, just cow shin bone made to look kinda like stag...but less expensive than stag.
