Casing Rim on Phone Camera Lens

Wasn't sure where else to post this, but I took a casing that I intended to use as a thumbstud and modified it even more. I cut most of the casing off, drilled out the primer hole and then had to file down the casing to it was solely the rim. Tried initially to keep the extractor groove on there, but there was still a lot of vignetting when taking photos. Then I simply used some double sided tape to attach it.

The result is below (on a Samsung Galaxy S5 for ref):

Thank ya! Took more test photos and while there is minimal vignetting now, there is still a bit. May need to drill the primer hole out to stop it completely.
 
Seems like I'd need a larger caliber, but it works as for the most part. Was trying to think of what I could do with the other casings I have left over. Got them originally to make a thumbstud for an Emerson. Sadly, buying 200 whole was cheaper than 1 modified for the knife. :-P
