Casio Heart Rate Monitors

I've wanted to get one but I hate the idea of wearing the chest strap. I have a chest strap on my elliptical trainer and it sucks. I have seen a few HRM's that have sensors built into the wrist strap, but they require you to hold a button down for a while to take the pulse. Seems you'd want to actually MONITOR your pulse rather than just take on-demand snapshots.

Is there one that works only on the wrist that constantly monitors heart rate?
