My fellow brothers, I have this Casio divers watch and have gone thru a few replacement bands for it. I'm not satisfied with the band that comes on them. Does anybody know of a band that will stretch with you when you get hot and sweaty and then back to normal body temp? I'm in between sizes and to keep it from slipping on my wrist (I hate that) I have to wear it too tight and it leaves marks on my wrist.
Does anybody have any suggestions for this frustrated hillbilly?

Has anybody ever put one of those silicone bands that CountyComm sells on this watch?

Sounds like you need something stretchy. Citizen diver straps are designed to stretch, for wearing on your wrist or over a dry suit.

Everyone imitates this pattern, with and without the decompression and wind velocity charts. Casio does too, but their PVC straps don't stretch. You need better material.

Rubber is made from the milky sap of the rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) purified, vulcanized and pigmented — watch dealers call it Caoutchouc. Top of the line. I have no personal experience because it costs too much. Not recommended if you're allergic to latex.

Polyurethane synthetic rubber is stretchy, comfortable and my first choice. Watch dealers talk about "genuine Italian rubber with that great vanilla scent," meaning NBR or nitrile butadiene rubber, a good variety of polyurethane for watch straps (and for self-sealing fuel tanks).

Silicone synthetic rubber is stretchier and more comfortable than PVC. It's not my first choice, but what do I know?

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which Casio calls "resin," is to throw away and replace.

You need a 22mm strap for your Casio. One possibility: Bonetto Cinturini Model 285, sold by many dealers online.

Thanks Mr. Mojado. I checked online and found the Bonetto Cinturini Model 285 for $26. Thank you for your knowledge. You are wise beyond your years my Mojado one!
