Hi to everyone and thank you for entering in the family of this forum.
This is my first post here.
Anyway, I would like to ask if anyone has experience with any of the two knives in stainless and which of the two you think has the best steel, general construction, durability in time and performance plus ergonomics.
Casstrom uses 14C28N steel in 3,8 mm thickness and TBS Bohler N695 Stainless steel in 5 mm.
Also TBS is a little bit longer as a blade and costs some extra bucks. Casstrom has got liners in its birch handles whereas TBS has thicker wood birch handles.
thanks in advance
