Cat fishin'

I just got my membership stuff for the local gun club . archery range, 3D bow range skeet ,trap, 5 station, pistol range, 100 yard rifle range and plinking range plus a pond , I really wasn't feeling good to day so I took a couple rods and hit the pond , in an hour and a half I caught 5 bass 10"-11 inches and a 21 inch channel cat also found out I can camp and fish all night :D

Whatcha use for bait?
I like to catch a few Panfish, cut the heads off and use those.
I catch about 6-10 good sized cats a night.
Good eatin' too!
 
heads has always caught me turtles. the meat from a fresh fish will catch me catfeesh!

chicken gizzards went again tonight
Caught a turtle 2 nice bluegills 3 smallish bass and a 20 inch channel that was a little heavier than last nights fish . I also lost a fish about the same size they were hiting the store bought blood bait chunks tonight

went back today. Here are 4 of the 6 fish I caught. 2 got out of a fish basket All were released at the after the pic
I was catching them on king kat dough balls chicken blood flavor

Man that brings back a lotta good memories....sittin' on the bank with my grandad with Zebco 33's and a bucket full of red wigglers!! He could fish with 5 or 6 at a time if the bite was a bit slow.

Family fish fries.......washer pitchin'....... Lots of good memories.
