Which current traditional/slipjoint cutlery companies offer printed catalogs? I have gotten Bucks catalogs in the past, and I remember reading that Case at least prints a catalog with their basic designs. I just ordered a few catalogs from "modern folder" companies, just to check out their new offerings for 2011.

Last time I was in Edgeworks in Frederick, they had a very nice Victorinox catalogue on the counter.

I know Queen has a print catalog and as you mentioned, Case offers a base catalog; they also put out multiple smaller catalogs throughout the year that supplement the base catalog.

I've seen the Collectors Club catalogs. Are those the ones you're referencing?

I'm talking about the promotional products catalogs. I know they put out a winter catalog and a fall catalog. Stands to reason they would put out a spring or summer as well but I'm not sure, maybe someone can verify this or correct me.
