First off welcome to BF. I have what may seem like a silly question for you, but I've checked your web site out and although it has several models listed, from what I've read here it sounds like the company produces a lot of models which aren't yet listed. Do you have a paper catalogue which is a little more complete/comprehensive, and if so how does one acquire one? Thanks for the info, and for importing what looks to be a great product.

Thanks for your kind words! I think the only units not on the current web site www.extremaratiousa.com are the Col Moschin and the training knives. ER in Italy is producing, in the very near future, a new web page that I will mirror here in the USA. All the new stuff will be there.
In the meantime...If you would like a catalog (paper) just send me an email to frank@extremaratiousa.com and give me all of the particulars and I will make sure you get one.

I can also email spec sheets, pictures, etc.

Got my catalog today! Great photos and layouts that explain everything. Text is in both English and Italian! Nice options and included stuff on some of the models. Finishes are explained. NIce.
