Can't help you with finding a fully serrated blade but I would like to take this opportunity to sing the praises of this knife.
A couple of weeks ago I was fishing with some friends and we caught a pretty good mess of bluegills. I whipped out the Catcherman and I noticed heads beginning to wag in a kind of negative direction. Some mumbling about not being thin enough, not flexible enough.
Then I started filleting. These two friends of mine just stood around and watched. Being mostly trout fisherman, they really were not too familiar with filleting bluegills.
The Catcherman made short work of those gills and we had a pile of tasty fish in no time and it held a great edge all the while. Needless to say, there were lots of questions about this knife and I made a couple of doubting Thomases true believers.

And so, to all outdoor folks, the knife is the most important item of equipment.
