Catching up on the photos, another new one

I picked this one up quite awhile ago but just now thought to ask about it. It's a Vanguard with a light colored burl handle of some type and has a polished blade from 2004. I can't find it in the Special Projects list so I don't know if it's a factory job or if it's been rehandled. I never hear anything about Vanguard rehandles so I don't know if that's even done often.

Any ideas or input?
