I'll second that. I just received Cave Cooking 2 the other day and really enjoyed it (I have the other tapes also, great material).

I live in Florida and really enjoy cooking outdoors this time of year. I've been using a cast iron skillet to blacken fish for years now but until I watched the video I'd never really given much thought to using a Dutch Oven. It looked like fun so I got one (seasoned it yesterday and will start cooking in it tomorrow).

Anyway, lots of good info and enjoyable to watch.

BTW, they sure got some big potatos up there in Idaho.
