CBN 0.7 MICRON powder

There have been quite a few posts on CBN recently. I have CBN powder (0.7 micron). How do I mix it and apply it on leather or just plain wood (like a paint stirrer stick)? Can I use water or say mineral oil or neatsfoot oil? I don't like WD40 because of the smell. Thanks.

I'd try water first. Probably put an amount of CBN into a spray bottle and then add water, that way you can get the mix right. When my CBN sprays settle out, there's about a ¼" - ⅜" layer of it settled on the bottom of a 4" tall bottle that's around an inch in diameter - the rest is water.
