CBN Progression

Currently looking to get a new strop with CBN compound for my S90V and S110V knives. After finishing with 1500 grit diamond, I plan on going to a 4 micron strop. After that should I go with a 2 micron or 1 micron?

Depends on what kind of edge you want.

For my S90V and S110V edges, a few strokes on a 3 micron strop is more than good enough.

If you're just doing an OCD progression don't forget to followup the 1 micron with .5 micron then .1 micron.
