CCL knife handle oil

I've heard this stuff highly spoken-of over on some of the UK sites, and Brisa recommends it for their knife kit handles. But, I can't find any stores stateside that sell it. What's the deal? I can find enough toys to order on Brisa to get it here (minimum 30 euros per order), but now I'm curious as to why I can't find it in the US. Any thoughts? And feel free to weigh in on how well it works (or not), if you've used it before. Thanks.
