This was posted earlier on an old thread and was probably missed by most. Reprinted here for info.

The Los Alamos Sportsman's Club sponsors triple CCW certification classes for New Mexico, New Hampshire and Utah. Utah permit is recognized by 30 states, New Hampshire by 21 and New Mexico by 16. I haven't checked the overlap or details, but the story goes that permits in these three states will cover you in "almost" every state that allows CCW at all. Best site I've seen for CCW law info is http://www.packing.org/. That's where I got the numbers reported here.

Cheers,

Yep, Florida looks good. I count reciprocal agreements with 29 states.

Incidently, Utah permits are a choice in New Mexico because they are a near neighbor and their requirements are almost identical to ours. So, if you qualify in NM, Utah is essentially automatic if you have a Utah certified instructor in your club.

Also, New Hampshire is a freebie. All you have to do to get a license there is send a copy of your own local state permit, and, for a small fee, you're in.
