Today is my Rockstars 13th birthday. Asked her to pick out some things she wanted to do for the day ..

Sleep In. - done.
Brunch at Waffle House .. scattered and covered - done.
Visit Fiddleback Forge - done!
Go for a fast drive on a curvy road in Mom's new sportscar - DONE!

I think I had a roller skating party on my 13th b-day .. bleh ..

Big thanks for everyone at Fiddleback. I surprised her with a Fiddleback Knife and Andy let her cherry pick a knife from the 'vacation' caddy.
HUGE Thank You to Allen - aka - W.A. Surls Knives - that was VERY generous of you sir.
Morgan had an awesome day (so far). More presents, dinner, cake coming after Mrs. Bonafide gets home.

That's awesome Bud. And Happy Birthday Morgan! My thirteenth birthday was the weirdest, of all and my most fondly remembered birthday to date.
 
Thank you for sharing Bud. What a great day for what looks like a great kid. My grandson turns 14 next week, and knives will definitely be part of the festivities.

Appreciate the kind words yall. Deb took her to see the "Piano Guys" concert down in Atlanta tonight .. so they got all fancy girly dressed up. They left before I got home so no pictures. You only become a teenager once, right? Figured we'd spoil her and make it unforgettable.

Happy Birthday Morgan! You are way ahead of most adults with your knife collection. You have good taste in knives. Now all you need to do is find a good sheath maker for those beauties. Do you know anyone like that...? If not, I recommend the crew cut guy who wears overalls to make you some special sheaths with custom tooling with themes that mean the most to you right now.
