I didn't realize it until after I started this thread, but at some point Cold Steel posted a number of celebrity pictures on its social media page in honor of "National Knife Day." [Umm, what? For me, EVERY day is Knife Day!] I don't want to replicate what Cold Steel did and pull in all of those photos, but I thought this first one was pretty cool and worth repeating.

Nah, the photos are all the originals. Maybe you just missed some? And trust me, I've left out a few pictures of "celebrities" whom no one will have ever heard of, wouldn't recognize in a million years, and couldn't care less about whether they own any of Cold Steel's knives.

An example? OK, who's this?

Give up? That's "Ninja" [yes, that's really his stage name!], lead male rapper for the South African band Die Antwoord. Needless to say, I didn't really think a picture of him holding a knife, even one as cool as a Rajah II Blackout, fit with the title of this thread.

Titus Welliver chose a recon 1 for his characters EDC in Bosch. Good books and I am enjoying the series's so far.

And I predict Ninja and I will never see eye-to-eye on personal appearance, no matter how our tastes in bladeware coincide....

Hmm, there was a time when I would have guessed Emerson. But after starting this thread, I'm not so sure Cold Steel isn't a clear-cut winner.

More and more movies and T.V. shows are featuring Cold Steel, as well. Peacent's movie-scene guessing-game thread over in General is proving that. Props departments have budgets, too, and they look for economical pieces with on-screen visual splash. Cold Steel delivers in spades in both respects. I'd imagine that as actors become more exposed to the brand, they become fans just like anyone else.
