Cell Fever!

You know, I vowed to stay away from celluloid handles, because it's like having a rattlesnake for a pet. Everything is fine for a long time, and then one day, all he** breaks loose!!!
Well, I don't collect switchblades, but I got this beautiful Tommy Ware custom from an estate sale, and went to a local show today, to see what I could do with it.
So this guy who loves switchblades offered me some minty old knives for it, but two were celluloid! But nice!!
They say you should do something every day that scares you, if you are living to the fullest, so I figured, "what the hey", and took these three (two cells, one stag), and a stag hunting knife that was likely part of Herman Williams collection at one time.
Would you do it???

Very nice trade!!! I'd certainly do it too, but i'd also build a nice custom cage for your two rattlesnakes, far away from the other pets. And i'd check on them very regularly to see if they weren't harming anyone else or even themselves...

But seriously, they are killing me too! I blow them up, and I see the hairs, fingerprints, other unmentionable stuff; then I think, they're gonna think I'm a slob!!
But my wife is workin' at civilizing me. Has been for over 30 years! She's great! And patient!! Should happen any time now!

Wow, that cell in the middle has some style, both handles and blade. They are all nice.

Glad you guys like them. I haven't done much trading, but it is quite enjoyable to wind up with stuff you want, for stuff someone else wants, and no money changes hands. Means I'll have a few more pennies for Atlanta!

I'd be very concerned if you wouldnt have fingerprints on your knives.
