Celluloid or Delrin?

Hello,

I recently picked up this #18 jack. I am trying to figure out what the handle material is, Celluloid or Delrin. There is minimal if any shrinkage.

I have read stories of Celluloid breaking down and the damage it can cause.

Any input / care and maintenance tips would be greatly appreciated.

Doubt highly that it's celluloid.
The knife reminds me of my wife: kinda old, but still sharp and very pretty.
