I've something a little different on this one. Instead of the usual inlays in the handle , I cut the frame to accept slab handle scales. I like it better in some ways, but in other ways I like the inlay style better. What do you folks think?

The Frame Is 416 SS
5/32" ATS-34 Taper Hollow Ground Blade
Indian Sambar Stag Scales
Coil Fired With 6AL4V Titanium Lock
5" Closed- 8 3/4" Open
Weighs 7.6 oz. (212.3 grams)

Thanks for looking. I hope you like it and comment.

Thank you. It has it's advantages. The thicker scales gives you a better grip but it's not as slim of a package as the inlay style.

The knife is beautiful-In a sleek way. What part of Tennessee are you in and do you have a website or Gallery of past works?

I have to admit I don't understand the question, but I really like the looks of that knife. It would look outstanding in my collection.

Thank you Paul. Glad you like it! I will send an e-mail as soon as I get off here.

Thank you Keith!!

Phill, thank you. If you will scroll down and look at "Latest Centauri Prime" you will understand the question.

I like this style alot. The inlay ones are really cool but this one has such nice curves and the stag tops it all off. It all just fits together to make a really cool knife

Thank you Matt! The slab handle actually ends up being more work than the inlay type handle. Of course I'm more used to doing the inlays too.

Yeah I can see that there was a lot more milling to do removing all that material for the scale, but I think it was worth it :)

that is an amazing little knife...................you are a very talented individual brother!!!!

Thank you very much Tom! Comming from you, I take that as a very high compliment. :D :D :D
