Centering the Blade on a Buck 882

Hi there,
Looking for some tips on how to center the blade on my Buck Tarani 882. I am guessing the cause of it is that the liner lock is a little bent out of shape and is pressing the blade over to the side when it is in the closed position. Do I need to rebend the liner lock some how so that it is on less of an angle? Won't this alter my lock up? When I tighten the pivot screw it moves the blade over a little toward center, but then makes the knife very difficult (tight) to open. Perhaps I am overlooking a very easy solution or misdiagnosing the problem, any insight is appreciated.
Thank you

If you haven not modified the lock , chances are your screws may need some tweaking.

Try removing them all to the point where they are not quite all the way out , then tighten them in order until your blade gets centered , this works sometimes , depends on the knife I suppose.
