I don’t know if they changed the screw spacing on newer Centofante 3s, but the Lynch clip didn’t work for me. I was in touch with Casey about it and he confirmed the sizing was different.
In case anyone else is interested, after much trial and error, I discovered that the MXG “Custom Made Titanium Deep Carry Pocket Clip For Kershaw Knives” works well.

Search for it exactly as “Custom Made Titanium Deep Carry Pocket Clip For Kershaw Knives”. It’ll show it in a golden color. It’s Item# 502021. Note: it uses two screws not three.

. Mine has “Centonfante” on the blade, his doesn’t. Also, if you look closely at the open screw holes for tip down carry, it’s visible that the bottom two screws on mine are slightly closer spaced than his. He was able to use a standard Spyderco replacement clip, I wasn’t.Again, I hope this helps.
