Centofante 3 legit problems or live with it?

Guys, I recently bought my second Spydie and there are a few things bugging me about it. Wondering if these are too minor to think about sending it in or if they are legit concerns. It's a Centofante 3 and here's what's going on:

1. The blade looks off center when closed. It almost looks to be slightly curved especially at the tip. It isn't rubbing against the liner but is very very close, less than a millimeter I would say.

2. The gorgeous spyderco palladium inlay is not flush with the surface meaning I can feel it against my hand and it's a bit rough.

3. At the base of the handle where the two scales meet there is some overlap and excess material, a thin fin like protrusion that I could probably slice off myself.

Am I being too picky or are these legit fixable or replaceable issues?

- My blade is very slightly off-centered when closed. There is no curvature.
- My inlay is mostly flush, although there is a rough point at the bottom of the spider.
- No excess material on scale seam.

I would return it if the blade is curved laterally. I personally have no issue with blades being slightly off-center if it doesn't affect the knife's utility. I honestly didn't even notice the inlay issue until I checked just now, heh.

I agree that if the blade actually is curved, you should send it back.
My endura also has the excess material where the scales meet the part in the middle, but its not a big deal for me.
