Hey guys I have been looking for another spyderco and stumbled on a centofante 3. I actually really like the look and edc a delica quite often so I don't mind the frn. I have never held one but it seems like a good size for me, and I have been very pleased with my other VG10 blades. I'm looking at 56 bucks to get it and I am wondering what you guys think of the knife and if it's worth me picking up.

I really like my Centofante 3!
It is very slim and carries great clipped to the pocket! I love the blade shape and the slim VG10 makes for a razor of a slicer! I have found mine to be very durable, but with the 3mm blade I wouldn't put it in the hard use category. But, being a hard use folder isn't what it was designed for. If you are looking for a good carry EDC with maybe a slight leaning towards a gentleman's folding knife you can't go wrong!
My only complaint is the palladium silver spyder fell out and I had to glue it back in place. I guess the other thing I would change would be an adjustable pivot, but I have had mine for quite a while with no blade play so I really can't complain.
At this price it is one of the better knives for the money IMPO.

My favorite Spyderco under $100. Excellent excellent slicer. It's very close to the size of the Delica. It's a great edc. It's my carry knife when I go running since it weight so little. The ergos are fantastic. I can't say enough good things about it. Yes the handle may feel cheap, but it's a PINNED knife with NO play in any direction and lock up solid. On top of that, the blade would drop when you release the lock and swings freely. It had actually bitten me once when I had forgotten how sharp the thing is. It's definitely worth picking up.

The Cento 3 is one of the overlooked Spyderco classics. Thin blade stock, great ergos and pretty good steel. Very well worth the price. I doubt you'll regret the purchase.

I'd love to see some Cento 3 sprints with different colours and possibly ZDP189.

I'd also like to see it changed to a screw construction so it could be pimped more easily but that is unlikely to happen.

$56 bucks? Heck, order it. If it does not work out for your EDC, then just put it into the box with all the other Spydercos that you have. :D

Cant add any thing more than the above posts!! I like mine alot!! John
