Centofante III: Great knife; & suggestions

I recently bought two Centofante III's. First one and then a second one because it's such a nice knife and it's well priced.
Both knives are solid, with no issues such as horizontal blade play etc. This is not always the case with knives, Spyderco and others.

I often make small to large mod's to my knives, depending on the knife and my mood at the time (aka: too much free time on my hands/ I'm bored).

I made two small changes to my Centofante.
One: The peak of the thumb ridge. It seemed a little too sharp for my liking, so I dulled it a bit. Using a cheap AO stone I rubbed on the peak for a minute and that did the trick.

Two: The smooth FRN of the handle. Nothing wrong with it, but I wanted a little roughness to the FRN. I sanded the handle with some SiC wet/dry 220 grit, and that did the trick there. Not a major change but it helps with the grip and it's more to my liking. Sanding the FRN like this changes the look of the FRN from a smooth glossy black to a matte black, and this looks just fine.

And one suggestion: The thickness of the Centofante's blade.
The Centofante's blade is 2mm. (~0.080") thick.
Some people will find this too thin and will not buy the knife for this reason.
I'm fine with the blade at 2mm thick, it cuts through binding material such as corrugated cardboard very well.
And the knife is designed for lighter use, as opposed to heavy duty.
But, I'm thinking that the Centofante would sell better, and be around longer, if the blade were a little thicker, at 2.5 mm (~0.100") thick.
At that thickness, the knife would perhaps sell better as a general purpose knife. And this change probably would add little to the cost and the weight of the knife.

So there.

I'd rather see the Centofante III (lockback) done with a handle that can be disassembled. If it had that, it'd be about my favorite Spyderco knife. Actually, strike that: if it was done with a ball-bearing lock it'd be my favorite.

No ones gonna make a disassemble-able lockback.
How about losing the bug? Or making it less subtle

Why? Dat bug is cool!! Also, do you mean more subtle?

How about polished micarta and the bug, sans topograhy, nested steel liners and assited opening?
