A friend is leaving to bum around Central America for a month, and I'd like to give him a small pocketknife (a Delica, perhaps) before he departs. I know he plans to be in Costa Rica, Honduras, and Guatemala, and avoid Nicaragua. Does anyone have experience with Central American knife laws? Are there any online resources?
