The central texas knife show is just around the corner. The show is looking like it will be another good one with some very well known makers in attendance again this year. Here is a patial list of folks that will be there that you may know. Bailey Bradshaw, Allen Elishewitz, John Fitch, Harvey Dean, Johnny Stout, Brad Duncan, Martin Pullen, Bill Ruple Masao Takahashi. Other folks that will have tables at the show include Bruce Voyles, the editor of knives illustrated and Jim Sargent who is a well known authority on antique knives. A few makers that you may not have heard of but are really putting out some good knives that will be there are Don Morrow, Jason Howell, chester Darcey and Richard Epting. The list goes on.

Greg, the show info is on the main page of my web site. But just in case people dont want to go there, heres the details. The show is at the Holiday Inn south which is located at Woodward and IH 35 in Austin TX. Show hours are Aug 2, 12pm to 6pm, Aug 3, 9am to 6pm and Sunday Aug 4, 9am to 3pm. The show will be about 100 tables in size. There will be a Texas style knife auction on Saturday night at 7:30. The Texas Knifemaker Collector Assn. was started at this show in 1999.

I'll be there for sure. Gotta pick-up a boot knife that I ordered from Harvey Dean a few monthts ago. Chris puts on a good show.

We'll see y'all there. Looking forward to it. Had a hurricane just graze us this week, so I was busy a few days OUT of the shop. Hope to have some stuff done in time for the show.
