There's also a diagram there, and if you take a look, this ceramic thing performs far better than CPM 440V (or S60V). While I agree to some point that ceramics have better edge retention than steel, I was wondering if someone has actually used a Boker knife (with ceramic blade) and how does it work compared with a classical steel (like say VG-10, S30V or D2). Also, how do you sharpen the damn thing?
