Cera Titan - any experience with it?

According to those guys at Boker, there's this wonder material they use for their knives.

There's also a diagram there, and if you take a look, this ceramic thing performs far better than CPM 440V (or S60V). While I agree to some point that ceramics have better edge retention than steel, I was wondering if someone has actually used a Boker knife (with ceramic blade) and how does it work compared with a classical steel (like say VG-10, S30V or D2). Also, how do you sharpen the damn thing?
Thanks in advance.

I have no experience with Cera Titan itself. I do have some experience with hype. If this is the next great knife material (stone, bronze, steel, Cera!) then why haven't they switched their entire line over to it? How much does it cost? Where are the knifemakers lined up to try and buy it, like Talonite/Stellite?

As I understand it, it's ceramic dispersed in titanium, and can be sharpened the same way you'd sharpen any metal.
