Why are there no razors/blades that are ceramic? Is there a problem using them or do manufacturers simply don't want to
offer them because they last too long? Does anyone know about a company that offers such products?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

I don't know if they could make them very thin. The ceramic knife blades I've seen are thick. Plus, they would not come economically priced. DM

They do make ceramic razor blades, not the type for shaving, but they do exist. A quick amazon search will show a few.
