I have one of those too. Work well!There’s one made by the big Scandinavian furniture brand IK** that is pretty good and cheap, I have one and gifted several over the years to family and friends
Between the Fallkniven and the Idahone which would you say works better?Idahone R-12 (Fine). Tried DMT CS2 and Arkansas Sharpeners AC46.
A couple of good rods made in EU: Westmark (made of ruby ceramic, hollow, fragile, expensive, Germany), Fallkniven Fine (extraordinary geometry, solid, unbreakable, cheap, Sweden)
