It was suggested by someone else that I post some more info on the Ceramic Sealer that I obtained from Ed Thuesen (origional owner of TKS) at a gun/knife show a couple of weeks ago. The sealer that he uses and sells is "Duncan" brand, (Super Gloss) Fresno, Ca. 993727 phone 209-291-4444. The only retail dealer that I have info on is www.dogwoodceramics.com I would suggest calling them, I couldn't get their online catalog to work tonight. He did say to be sure to use the Super Gloss, not plain Gloss or Mat. If someone wants to look at Duncan Ceramic's site for this, the page you want is http://duncanceramics.com/ceramics/products/product.asp?ID=5224&SID=8 Scroll down to Spray Sealers, then look for Super Gloss. I stopped at a Ceramic Store about 50 miles from me today and they had other brands that they use and on those cans it said that it could be used for sealing wood and several other things. I also found out today that Hobby Lobby sells their own version of Super Gloss Ceramic Sealer. I found most of this info on the net after I made the origional post. I haven't tried this product yet. Waiting until I get these S30V blades finished. If anyone wants any more info, I will be glad to try to assist.
