These are my Knives that were made in the mid-90's by Ed Chavar(Chavar Knife works) and Ernest Mayer(Black Cloud Knives). :) Let me know what you think of them.

The knives are as follows (top to bottom):

Ceya's Hawk, Ceya's Ceya, Ceya's Trainer...by - Ed Chavar

Ceya's Mako, and Ceya's Double Time.......by -Black Cloud Knives.

All Handle material is Micarta (linen and canvas) and steel used is ATS-34 and D2..

The Mako IS awesome indeed. I LOVE that wide blade and the "offset" angle........Can you provide dimensions and a closeup photo, if possible? :)

I don't have a close up of the Knife with me but will try to see if

It has been hard getting these knives made over the years. Some designs were done since '95 and are now going to steel form.

I hope to get these out to the viewing public and eventually start cutting some steel myself..

For Recluse : the specs are for the Ceya's Mako are

Steel- ATS 34 Heat Treating by - Ernest Mayer.
Blade - 4 " long 1/8" thick, Satin finish,Sharpened swedge
Handle 4 3/4 " Long
Material- Canvas Micarta
Maker : Ernest Mayer (BLACK CLOUD KNIVES)
Design by: Ceya Knife Design circa-1997

Just to let you know that I am in the process of gettng the MAKO done again . I am putting out 10 S/N of these in G10 and Micarta 5 each. Also the steel will be ATS 34 and D2..

The Ceya's Rogue Warrior and a new design I just finished Ceya's Stealth will be Limited Run knives of 10 each!!

Nice stuff :) Twenty-Nine Palms huh..., boy I hated that place when I was in the Corps....lol. I was only there a few days, but it only took me about 15 minutes to hate it...:)

I do like that Mako lots..., very nice! Thanks for sharing...
