I quit doing scales per say Col. unless its in conjunction with a major rebuild I'm doing. I have already turned down so many wanting just scales that I don't want to start up doing them again.

I've been referring them out to places like Greg at Loneridergrips or Firebert. Potterman, or Dobson all of which do some awesome work. I had to start limiting what I do to focus on these jobs coming to me en mass all the time. I quit working on fixed blades, slip joints and some other odd things I used to do all the time for folks too because I am running 5 to 6 months out turn around most all the time now so its just something I had to do so I could still fit in the Wave mods and low rider clips I do so much for folks which believe it or not keep me hopping some days, especially the clips.

Anyway, you can see some of the excellent work these guys do here in this thread among others. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=654483&highlight=custom+scales

I recommend anyone mentioned here for scales and would say regardless of which you pick you'll be quite pleased. Sorry man but thanks for asking.
