I have a serialized one, I have not carried yet. It has a warranty issue, so I'm waiting to send it back along with a few others.
My initial impression is, I like my micarta more for work, but for a light duty very light to carry knife (not nearly as much grip as ti handle and even less than micarta) it is still cool.
I also notice the CF handles are not quite as perfect as the ti.

I don't have a CF 25 but do have a CF Large 21. I much prefer titanium or micarta as those have ruined me to some extent toward laminates, etc. like G10 and carbon fiber. I imagine the CF 25 would be the same case.
The carbon fiber 21 is super light and looks cool, but it just feels kinda plastic-y and not as substantial IMO. Many others love it for the light weight in particular. I've actually been thinking about buying a plain Ti slab to replace it though.
