After a great deal of wheeling and dealing and assistance from a couple of Stateside knife bro's, I was able to assemble a trio of what I believe to be the finest folding knives on the planet.

These all feature carbon fiber scales and two have blades of S90V and one features ZDP189. Great steels all!

Of the three - and this may surprise you - the one that captured my heart the fastest was actually the Stretch. What a fantastic little knife and IMO probably the ultimate all round pocket knife.

Of course, the Manix and Millie are no slouches, and that S90V is some awesome stuff I can tell you.

I don't have any particularly fancy sharpening kit (Sharpmaker) or abilities and yet I am able to sharpen them up without any trouble. Admittedly I have not attempted the ZDP yet... its plenty sharp enough already. :D

Three awesome blades from a truly superb knifemaker!

That's a few nice knives there

You will need to pick up a CF Cali as well now though :)

Thanks guys, I believe these CF Spydies are the best value going in the knife world, dollar for dollar.

Those are beauties. I have two of them. I don't consider them the best values. For value I think of the FRN Stretch ZDP. Becuase other than looks I'm not sure the carbon fiber is more practical than FRN with a nested liner.

For me its the look and feel..... carbon fiber is some sexy material. Strong, light and good lookin'. :D

Although I hear G10 is even stronger, but CF is my favourite, other than maybe desert ironwood, which always looks amazing in pics.

Very nice CF collection there. I prefer the "rougher" CF of these knives to the CF finish that Spyderco uses in its Caly 3 and Native 4.
