I've done the conversion with the oven before on a FSH in a large spec ops sheath and a ASh1 in a small spec ops sheath... they fit perfect, and look good. Here is a link on how to do it.
Definately don't forget the 3 layers of duct tape and soap lube for getting it in for a perfect fit. I usually slide it in and out while the liner is cooling to keep it from sticking.. you can also hold it under cool tap water while cooling to get it hardened back quicker.
Good luck, it's not difficult..
I've got a kydex sheath for my ASH1 but like the Spec-Ops well enough that I followed the tutorial that fbusmc posted with a few changes. I didn't cut the liner to clear the choil I just used a massive amount of tape over the choil so the liner would not shrink back into it. I used the large Spec-Ops so I wouldn't have any issues with the screw that secures the liner but if I had to do it again I may use the small version so there isn't so much unused sheath below the blade.
Do watch the liner while you're warming it. I've done a couple and had one liner wrinkle on me. I've dropped the heat down to 300 - 325 degrees when I do it now. It is not as easy to push the blade in but the liners don't seem as likely to wrinkle at the ends.
ignore the dirty blade, snapped some pics after a little fun with the knife and hadn't cleaned her up.............................
