So I used my first chopper a couple of weeks ago and am finally getting around to posting pics. It took a couple of minutes to get through the log in the first pic, but the edge looked like it did the day I received it. Everyone at the camp was very impressed with the battoning and chopping ability of the BWM. Can't wait to try out and FBM and see the difference. 2-3 inch mesquite limbs were nothing for this Busse, they took less than 30 seconds to get through if memory serves. 3/4" to 1" limbs fell with 1 or 2 swipes on average. Also attached are some beautiful Texas sunset pics on the Colorado where we camped. Thanks for looking.

GREAT SHOTS BRO! You really can't find a better workhorse chopper than a BWM. I love nothing more than getting a brand new blade, and putting beauty marks on her. It really DOES look pretty after your first chopping session; wood/bark/leaves leave some wonderful colors. That river also looks spectacular. There would have to be some trout in there! Thanks for sharing!

Nice. I really need a good camping trip. Kind of getting cold around here for that.

A good snow camping trip would be sweet.

I’m really beginning to regret not buying a skinny mistress. Did I say “regret”? I meant, question my previous decision. Great photos.

Very nice pics, the BWM is a great overall blade especially for cutting firewood that is 3 to 4 inches in diameter. I really enjoy mine.

nice pics man, thanks for sharing. Glad to see you whooped on your baby. Crazy how that edge holds up huh?

Yeah man, pretty insane edge holding, can't wait to try a convex edge out next:thumbup: It was good to get outdoors, I need to make it a point to get out of the house more.

I've never held one, but think I would love that handle and the lighter weight.

Those are some great pics, thanks:thumbup:
