What are your opinions on the CG-M9? good? bad? i dont see many reviews on this blade.

Excellent blade Ivan; severely underrated. I can't believe that Battle Rats were going for more $$$ than M9 CGs at one point. I have personally nicknamed it the "Clattle Rat (classy battle rat)," due to its similar yet classier appearance and performance to the Battle Rat. I really like the blade man...:thumbup:

9" of 1/4" thick, diff-hardened SR101? What's not to like?  :D

I really like both, but I would choose the CG over the LE.:cool:

The CG has only leaked out at a couple of shows, not officially released...
May be why there are no reviews yet?

If you get a chance to obtain a full height flat grind chopper, Res-C or Micarta, from the Swamp, grab it!

I bought a CG M9 a few months ago and I love it. The weight is perfect.

As for the LE, I can't say enough about it. It's balance is uncanny for a big knife, feels very fast in the hand.

I hate to admit it... but it's so purty I am hesitant to use it!:o

I handled one at Knob Creek but have never used one. The handle shape doesn't seem as ideal for chopping as some of the other Busse family knives in the same size range but I could be mistaken. Other than that, it's a beautiful looking blade that seems very versatile. A heck of a lot of knife for the money.
