I just got my Bronze CGFBM back from knifeleather, who was nice enough to make my blade some new pants, so I decided to give her a light workout by chopping some Willow Oak I've had sitting around for a while. The CGFBM chops like a dream! After chopping for a little bit it appears that the bronze Cerakote is giving way to a gold base layer. Unfortunately, my pics are not of the greatest quality, but hopefully you can the idea from the pics. I'm very happy with both the blade and the sheath!

The blade is epic, I'm still pretty impressed with that Table though, look at those curls, maple is the best...
 
Is your mistress a gold digger or does she just have a heart of gold? :D Golden Girl?
 
Looks great and really pairs well with the leather!

That was my first Ganza choice, we'll see what happens
 
Thanks guys! I look forward to giving it some more aggressive workouts in the near future. With any luck it will turn into a gold bar.
