Too late methinks! I'm pretty sure we had a thread with the K'bit somewhere, and some of us Down Under are very interested in it!;) That and the RNR.

I had a chance to handle and test the Kerambit.....
You guys will love this.

You'll love it sometime next year, I would imagine.
I was playing with the proto, so it still needs to go into production.

Chad, you're designing a Karambit?!? Good thing I found out. I was going to purchase a Mantis Cinq III but will now await yours to come out. Think you guys can have it ready by Halloween? Thanksgiving? Oh alright, I'll be patient....

Chaaaaaad!!! Bad habit you learnt from the inmates: speaking in code you others don't understand.

Amen Doc:D

Now i wonder if a wharncliffe MPT with N690 bohler might start another Ronin-like out of control frenzy..

I felt the same way about Karambits. I always hated the exclusively hawkbill blade, the awkward look of the finger hole over a pocket, and the overly-exotic models to choose from. It's just too exotic for urban carry, and it's a type of knife I'd never buy because it'd just be a shelf queen to put next to my 'Mall Ninja of the Year 2nd Runner-Up' trophy. The CLB version grudgingly made me eat my words, I'll be pre-ordering one. What sold it, is the Wharncliffe-like tip on it. I was always the weird guy who actually liked the Wharcom, but now it looks like the straight-edge is winning the popular vote.
