Hello guys.
Last saturday some of us argentinian knifemakers got together in my shop for a small hammer in.
Froging demostration by yours truly and Mariano Gugliotta.
And a little metalurgy talk by Alfredo Hey (aka Lothar).

Bottom line, got toghether with friends, eat a lamb, forge a little.... really nice day!
Here I'd like to share the link for the picture album:

PS: I don't know is this is the correct section for this thread, moderators feel free to move it to its right place if necesary.

Manuel, I am sure I speak for others when I say how much I enjoy your photo albums here. Thank you for doing them.

However, when I clicked on your link, it said "Page Not Found."

Anyway, can you please post some pictures of the lamb? Yum, yum! :)

You are right, I can't see the pictures either now.
Could before...
One of the guys was in charge of the photo album, I will contact him to see what's going on.
Will let you know when its fixed.

Link for album is working again.

Great pics. Great shop! I love your pipe threader twisting machine. I see you put a lathe chuck on it, and an interesting way/vise arrangement. What a twist on that bar!
By the way, what is that setup you have for face milling? Just a big magnet clamped in the vise?

Yes,
The cat made it out OK, LOL.

For the face milling I glue the piece of steel to a flaten hard wood with cianoacrilate. Works like a charme... ;)
