Thank you and your family so much for the gift Matt. I was actually out of that ivory paper micarta. Thanks a lot bro. Merry Christmas to you and yours. Hope the baby is well, and sleeping through the night.

No problem! Both times I've seen you use the Ivory Paper micarta, I was blown away, especially that spalted scandi hunter ivory/natural combo awhile back. Didn't want your creativity stifled by a lack of supplies, so I put in a call to Tracy!

Everyone here is fine! Merry Christmas to you and your peeps, and thanks for all your help!

Chainring is the man. Great guy.

+1 Hardly a day goes by that I don't charge up the GITD Shadetree yarn micarta handle on my Bow Legged Chopper and swing 'er around in the dark like a lightsaber:D. Thanks for this rare Fiddleback, Chainring, and Happy Holidays!

I AGREE WITH ANDY! Chain, you are the man. YOU passed on the Ivory BF and I now have my first Fiddleback coming to me..
Thanks Bro and Happy Holidays!

Glad I could help, guys! Do for others, as you would have them do for you, like my Dad always quoted at me. :)

I've met generosity, patience, and friendliness at least as often as I've gotten to dole it out.

Yep, there it is. My grail. s2f's scandi spalted-like-a-mother Hunter with Natural Canvas/Ivory Paper scales and pins. I can't even begin to imagine a classier rig. Wish I'd saved Andy's original pics of that one...need to dig back through his photo album!

I will send them to you.

Yep I've said it before but I'll say it again, That is the only safe queen that I have ever seen Andy make in my short time around here. Not because it was not made to be used but b/c that is the most gorgeous knife I believe that I have ever seen. I'm not much on using a scandi but they sure do make a pretty knife. And they leave a lot of room for splating!
