Here's an example even a reckless stupid can give you some information.

I had just found a nick on the surface of chakma, tried to polish it out. Must admit I was in wrong safe feeling with chakma as it has no edge... resulted in a bleed on my right thumb.
If the tip is a point, it can stab with or without edge on it! Take care.

Thank you WrongFriend, for bringing that to the attention of all for our benefit.

Admitting to carelessness or neglectful behavior can be a humbling experience, but putting others safety above one's own ego is admirable and and action to be emulated.

Hey guys, here's a chance to learn a lesson at WrongFriend's expense, gratis. Take advantage of it!

Hahahaha! How could you be so careless?!?

They've got us completely surrounded... The poor bastards!

Thanx alot for kind words.
It must be what happened... Khukuri god decided it was time to stop lurking and start posting, also give a blessing to my forgotten and underestimated chakma to do some good to dear forumites. Oh what a bargain thinking of what I got for just a few blood drip!

As I pointed out when someone suggested a secret handshake for HI Forumites for when we met in August - what for? Just look for the people with all the bandaids on their hands. We've got a lot of good people on this forum even if we're all anemic.

Uncle Bill: new assignment! Check with Nevada Blood Services ( I think that's their name ) across from the airport on Terminal Way on their anticipated blood supply for the week after the Hot August Nights shindig. Forumites may have to check in at the blood bank and make a deposit first thing just to be on the safe side ( must be the Transylvanian side of me that gets all excited thinking of fresh blood ).

Hmm, sounds a lot like the secret balisong identification...

Mizutani-san;
I guess this Karda & Chakma could be just like a pair of small utility knife & small throwing knife! What the old Ninja said about the secret of this small & little sharp object?

NEPAL HO!

Is there any Nevada Finger Services ? I'm amazed when I read someone needs so bandaids playing khukuris. Khukuri injury could have been MORE serious but our experts wants nothing more than bandaids.

Mohd, it might be "kozuka" small utility blade attached to katana just like karda, or "shuriken / kunai" both are throwing knives. Or "shikoro" small utility saw for sneaking in.

I've heard it said that very far east countries chopsticks were attached to swords, and somewhere in the southease Asia the attachment becomes small knives. Interesting.
