So I wrote a good back story behind this challenge and the site decided to log me out when I hit the post button :thumbdn::grumpy:
Im not willing to spend the next thirty minutes doing it again.
To the point the challenge is to find a hawk head that I can use for the next year as a main blade with a small back up such as my Buck Caper. I must be able to clean game with it such as deer. Use it for camp chores. And use it as a regular hawk. Must have a flat back hammer pole or pipe. If I win the challenge my buddy will both pay for my hawk and get one for himself. ( CANT BE MORE THEN $150 ok maybe ten bucks over but lets stick with the one fifty )
I was thinking something along the lines of a short beard viking hawk. Has a bit of a point on one end.
I like the Craig Barr ones but I feel like they might be to beefy in the blade area but I also like them because I can fit my hand around them and use it like a Ulu.
So my question is what are your suggestions?
