My understanding is that name changes require the Admin to perform the change manually. Sometimes things get buried.

Could anybody from the team tell me why my name is not changed?
Anything wrong with the payment ?
I already send a PB to Sprak by no succes.

I hope some of the Bladeforums Moderators can help me ?

Only Spark handles the purse strings and membership renewals, changes etc.
