How do I? Change from this PG platinum level to just the Platinum level.

Complaint - Wrong membershiiip

I purchased a one year renewal of my Platinum membership. Apparently it was somehow applied to a new PG membership, which I did not want. I only wanted to extend my existing platinum membership. Can one of the gurus here correct that for me? Thank you Just waiting in PG purgatory....
