change membership status

I know it's around here somewhere, but I can't find it my gold membership ran out and I can not figure out how to change my thing back to the group I am supposed to be in. I think it's supposed to be registered user

Settings ---> Permission Groups

Permission Groups is on the left under My Settings, My Account
