Change my Profile to Knifemaker

I recently made a request to have my user name changed from KER to Kyle Royer. I should be registered as a knifemaker it currently comes up as kyle royer, registered user. Could we please change my membership to knifemaker and username to Kyle Royer with first letters Capital? Thank you, Kyle Royer

To change your title to Knifemaker, you need to go to your user CP, and on the left side colum, towards the bottom, you'll see a link for usergroups. Click there, and when the next screen comes up, join the Knifemaker usergroup.

As for your name change; if you had that done recently, and Spark didn't use the caps, please repost here, with your order number, advising him of the mistake. If this is not the case, please follow the instructions below:

If you want your username changed, you need to do the following:

2. Place your order for a username change ($10).

3. Post a thread here with the title CHANGE USERNAME: (Your username here). In that thread, put your order number, and what you'd like your username changed to. If you do not do so, your name will not be changed and we will assume that someone else is trying to hack your account.

4. Wait patiently. Name changes will typically happen the next business day.

I purchased knifemaker under username KER and now with my new username kyle royer knifemaker is not an option under group memberships it only has bounced email as an option. Here is my order info.
