I have made this post several times with no response

Might be part of the problem. It's a hell of a lot easier to track things if there only a single thread for Spark to look at.

I have merged your three threads so that Spark can track the issue more easily.

I have been left without any change so I made multiple.
Like I said, that's likely to make things worse. You abandoned the thread to which Spark was responding and started another. Spark's the only one who can make the change for you. The only thing you do with multiple threads is make it harder for him to do that.

In the message I replied to you haven't followed standard protocol on your name change anyway, that may also be an issue; if you make it easier for Spark by reading and following the steps he asked for it would certainly improve your chances of being helped.

The link to the steps you should follow I shared with you in my last reply:

If you follow the instructions detailed in the FAQ secition for username changes here

you’ll have a better chance of making it happen.

If you shut down the account would all records of it be gone?

No, the account will be banned and access to it barred, yet the posts youve made wil remain.

If that is an issue, for whatever reason, just go back through your posts and edit them out.

Why can’t they just remove all content and delete account. Every website should be able to.

BF is not a standard web site. Its basis is a relational database. Databases do not react well to having data deleted. It's possible, but you have to shut down the program, manually remove the data in question, then let the software rebuild the relationships between the different tables. For a really large database like BF, the process can take hours. Therefore, BF would be shut down and offline for hours. As a result, the owner just says no to deleting posts and accounts.

As suggested above, you do have the option to edit each of your posts to remove their content. This doesn't actually change the database, so nothing has to get shut down.
